Welcome to Ikitai. By downloading or using the Ikitai app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ikitai. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ikitai to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Share illegal, offensive, or explicit content.
• Use the app for any commercial or promotional purpose without our consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Meeting in Person

Ikitai facilitates connections between users, but we are not responsible for what happens during in-person meetings. Always use common sense and meet in public places. We strongly encourage users to prioritise their personal safety.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Ikitai. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the app. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

6. Blocking and Reporting

We provide tools to block and report users who violate these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate reports and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach our community standards.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

Ikitai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free of errors. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikitai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
